My balance was paid by HSA, why do I not see it applied?

It may take up to 30 days to receive the deposit and post to your account. If it has been longer than 30 days, please call your HSA provider and gather the following information.

  • Payment date
  • Payment amount
  • Check number

Once obtained, contact customer service at (844) 266-7387 (please make sure to have your account number on hand) and we will be glad to review.
